These papers are submitted to the Graduates Administration to apply for excellence

2- A copy of a personal card
Second, papers submitted to the administrative of Doctors Affairs at the University Hospital to receive work during the Excellence period
1 – 5 personal photos
2- The original birth certificate and a copy of it
3 – Form 6 Insurance and Pensions
4 – Photo of the card
5-6 soldiers for male students
6- Acknowledgment of a social status
7- Plastic file to save papers
