Procedures for extracting ID card and practicing the profession
These procedures are done after receiving the certificates to extract the card and practicing the profession for graduates
1- A personal investigation directed to the Ministry of Health + two photos
2- Graduation certificate + two photos
3- Birth certificate + two photos
4 – 3 personal photos in formal attire (white) and one color photograph
