Quality Assurance Unit Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

1- Representing the unit before other bodies.

2- Responsible for the progress of work in all special projects, quality and accreditation system within college.

3- Forming the administrative and organizational structure of the unit, and selecting faculty members with experience in the field of quality assurance and development, and determining the functional tasks of all unit members.

4- Meeting periodically with unit members.

5- Supervising the administrative and technical on the unit employees.

6- Proposing non- traditional funding sources for the unit and presenting them to the unit’s board of directors.

7- Presenting and discussing quality issues in the college to the unit and College Board of directors and any other relevant bodies.

8- Forming the appropriate specialized committees and work teams to carry out activities of the unit tasks and achieve its mission.

9- Preparing an annual report on the performance of the unit and submitting it to the board of directors in preparation for its preparation to the college council.

10- The executive director of the unit has all necessary authorities to run the executive work, including contacting with the scientific and administrative departments of the college within the framework of the authorities empowered to him by Board of directors.

11- Supervising awareness campaigns on the culture of quality at the level of students and all employees of the college.

12- Attending the meetings of the college council to present the activities, achievements and recommendations of the Quality Assurance Unit.

13- Representing the unit and participating in conferences and seminars, workshops and training courses in the field of the Quality development and assurance.
