Graduates Affairs Department

The administration activity begins after the appearance of results of the fourth grade, the first and second rounds.

1- Receiving of the final result of the academic years for the four grade of the batch, after a decision was issued by the university president to grant students a bachelor’s degree, patents issued for students and a ministerial decision grant them.

2 – Receiving of students’ files from the Student Affairs Department.

3 – Reviewing the final results of the academic years from the first year to the fourth year after the decision of grants from the University Council.

4- Graduation certificates, grades and certificates of excellence are issued after the student has passed the training period

(Excellence) after reviewing them based on their monthly evaluation received from the Nursing Administration Department.

5 – Reviewing the temporary certificates and the certificate of grades with the registrar of the college.

6 – Graduates submit an application to the Dean of the College to obtain a number of (3) temporary certificates, (3) a certificate of excellence (1).

Grades certificate as well as withdraw their file.

7- Handing over the certificates after supplying assessed amounts, as well as stamps and official stamps after signing them and approving them by prof/ Dean of the college , after evacuating the students from the college and the university hospital.
