Mechanisms for evaluating the strategic plan:
– Measuring performance indicators for the implementation of strategic plan at the level of tasks, activities or at the monthly level.
– Evaluating the level of departments and committees after each stage.
– Evaluating the performance of the overall program at the end of each stage or a time or determined by executive director of the plan implementation program.
– Issuing and approving the executive plan of the college.
