The administrative team for the project to support and develop educational effectiveness

At twelve noon on Saturday, 17/1/2016, at the headquarters of the unit’s board of directors, the meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Samia Mohamed Ahmed Saeed – Dean of the college and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the members of the board of directors of the Unit were invited.

The chairman of the council began by welcoming the attendees, and thanked them for accepting the invitation and congratulated them on the occasion of holding the second meeting of the project’s administrative team, and a copy of the agenda’s minute was distributed to the attendees.

The meeting began with a comprehensive presentation by the Executive Director on the unit’s activities during the previous period.

Moving on to the discussion of the agenda as follows:

First Topic

Concerning defining a head for each goal within the project that is responsible for the work team and outputs and their implementation

Decision: The administration team agreed to assign the following:

Prof/ Samia Mohamed Ahmed Saeed head of the third goal assisted by

Dr/ Nadia Mohamed Ali  

Prof/ Ramadan Abdu Salah head of the second goal assisted by

Dr/ Amina Mohamed Thabt

Prof/ Gahni Abd El-Nasser Ali head of the first goal assisted by

Dr/ Amany Ahmed Ali

Second topic:

Regarding the review of members of administrative team

Decision: The administrative team agreed to join Prof/ Ramadan Salah Abdu to the administrative team instead of Dr/ Safa Ibrahim Ahmed

 

 

 

 

 

 

Third Topic:    

Concerning the follow up to the implementation of the project through the achievement of the project’s goals

Decision: The administrative team agreed to assign Quality Assurance Unit to photograph three copies of the project and distribute them to the heads of the three goals, and assign each head a goal to follow up activities and outputs of the goal through his work team that follow him, the target head holds a meeting every 15 days with work team that follows him to reach that has been done.
