The scientific curriculum, Study system and examinations at institute:

1- The student must meet the attendance at least 75% in the theoretical courses and scientific training.

2- The student is considered as succeed when obtaining 60% of total degrees of subject.

3- The student may deprive from entry the exam  in the event that the required attendance percentage is not met, as well as in the event of failure in the year’s work and the practical training related to nursing courses.  

4- If the student misses the written test in any course without an approved excuse, he is considered absent in the course.

5- A second round exam is held in August for students of the first and second grade for who failed in any number of academic course.

6- If the student succeeds in practical nursing and fails in the written test, he will repeat the written test only, the grade will be added to the practical grades and work of the previous year.

7- If the student fails in the work of the year for the nursing courses, he will not be allowed to enter the written test, he must repeat the academic year.

8- The student takes the exam in the course in which he failed with students of grade in which the courses are taught, and the student’s success degree in the course in which he previously failed is estimated with D- grade.

9- The student is transferred from the academic grade is registered to the next grade, if he succeeds in all courses.

10- A student may exemption from some academic courses, if he submits the evidence that he has successfully passed these courses and scudded in the college or accredited scientific institute, provided that the success is not less than 60%.

11- Student are arranged on the basis of the total degrees which obtained in all academic years.

12- The success of the students in nursing and medical science courses is estimated to be follow as:

A- :  85% or more of total degrees

C : 75% to less than 85% of total degrees

C – : 65% to less than 75% of total degrees

D – :  60% to less than 65% of total degrees

If the students fails, the grade is as follows

F: from 30% to less than 60% of total degree

F: less than 30% of total degree

In the supporting science courses:

A – : 85% or more than of total degrees

C: from 75% to less than 85% of total degrees

C-: from 65% to less than 75% of total degrees

D-: from 50% to less than 65% of total degrees.

If the students fails, the grade is as follows:

F: from 30% to less than 50% of total degree

F: less than 30% of total degree
