The goal to be achieved was discussed, which is to develop student services units and the library in the college<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2- The specific outputs of the goal were discussed, which are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>First Output: Creating and activating a website for students and library services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Second Output: Creating and developing an equipped library with an effective information system and a reading unit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Third Output: The presence of trained cadres of administrators and technicians (in the administrative community for student services and the library) to use the newly developed electronic work system.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1- It was agreed to form small working groups of faculty members and faculty staff in order to implement the main activities related to these outputs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2- It was agreed that each member of the group would abide by the responsibilities assigned to him and fulfill them to the fullest extent.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3- The performance of each member will be evaluated according to the percentage of completion of the
