The Strategic Plan of the College:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The development of the plan began with holding a number of workshops that included faculty members and their assistants as well as representatives of internal and external stakeholders. These workshops aimed at brainstorming with the aim of collecting data and information on the current status of the college and its strengths and weakness. Questionnaires were distributed to a representative sample of college students, administrators, faculty members and their assistants and beneficiaries from service to review the internal and external environment elements according to \u201cSwot analysis\u201d. In addition, the light of the college\u2019s vision and mission. The Goals, Strategic Goals and the gap analysis were determined.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Data collection tools used environmental analysis are survey lists, documentary examination and individual and group interview. In addition to note, Qualitative Data analysis was used to conduct environmental analysis and stand on aspects of strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. The results of the environmental analysis were used to determine the relative weight of each of the strategic factors.  <\/strong><\/p>\n
