Minute of meeting No. (2)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The administrative team for the project to support and develop educational effectiveness<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

At twelve noon on Saturday, 17\/1\/2016, at the headquarters of the unit\u2019s board of directors, the meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Samia Mohamed Ahmed Saeed \u2013 Dean of the college and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the members of the board of directors of the Unit were invited. <\/strong><\/p>\n

2- Dr\/ Yousera El-Sayed Youssef                         Member <\/strong><\/p>\n

3- Dr\/Nour El-Huda Mustafa Mohamed            Member<\/strong><\/p>\n

4- Yousery Ahmed Fouad                                      Project Accountant<\/strong><\/p>\n

5- Alaa El-Dein Dahy Mahfouz                             Member<\/strong><\/p>\n

The chairman of the council began by welcoming the attendees, and thanked them for accepting the invitation and congratulated them on the occasion of holding the second meeting of the project\u2019s administrative team, and a copy of the agenda\u2019s minute was distributed to the attendees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The meeting began with a comprehensive presentation by the Executive Director on the unit\u2019s activities during the previous period.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Moving on to the discussion of the agenda as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

First Topic<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Concerning defining a head for each goal within the project that is responsible for the work team and outputs and their implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Decision: The administration team agreed to assign the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prof\/ Samia Mohamed Ahmed Saeed head of the third goal assisted by <\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr\/ Nadia Mohamed Ali  <\/strong><\/p>\n

Prof\/ Ramadan Abdu Salah head of the second goal assisted by <\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr\/ Amina Mohamed Thabt <\/strong><\/p>\n

Prof\/ Gahni Abd El-Nasser Ali head of the first goal assisted by <\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr\/ Amany Ahmed Ali <\/strong><\/p>\n

Second topic:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding the review of members<\/strong> of administrative team <\/strong><\/p>\n

Decision: The administrative team agreed to join Prof\/ Ramadan Salah Abdu to the administrative team instead of Dr\/ Safa Ibrahim Ahmed<\/strong><\/p>\n

Concerning the follow up to the implementation of the project through the achievement of the project\u2019s goals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Decision: The administrative team agreed to assign Quality Assurance Unit to photograph three copies of the project and distribute them to the heads of the three goals, and assign each head a goal to follow up activities and<\/strong> outputs of the goal through his work team that follow him, the target head holds a meeting every 15 days with work team that follows him to reach that has been done.<\/strong><\/p>\n
