Second Day Program<\/strong><\/p>\n

Events of the second day of the conference:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Faculty of Nursing at Sohag University concluded its first international conference on the Nile Elet, which was at nine o\u2019clock in the morning on Wednesday 6\/4\/2016, held under the title \u201cThe Impact of Scientific Research on Nursing Practices.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the presence of Prof\/ Samia Mohamed Saeed – Dean of the College of Nursing, Prof \/ Ramadan Saleh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Nursing for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and a number of students and faculty members from various universities from the faculty students.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The first scientific session started at 9 am under the chairmanship of:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Prof\/ Samia Mohamed Said – Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at Sohag University, President of the Conference<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Prof\/Ramadan Saleh – Vice Dean of the College of Nursing for Community Service and Environmental Development and Secretary General of the Conference<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    And the speaker:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Prof\/ Sonia Trawes – from Germany and residing in Alexandria, gave a public lecture under the title (Who are you? Choices, Chances and Changes)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The first session ended at 10 am after discussion and answering the questions of the attendees and the break.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Then the second scientific session began at 11 am, headed by:<\/span> <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Prof\/ Samia Mohamed Said – Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at Sohag University, President of the Conference<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Prof\/ Ramadan Saleh – Vice Dean of the College of Nursing for Community Service and Environmental Development and Secretary General of the Conference<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Prof\/ Shukria Adly from the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in Kuwait<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The speakers are:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Prof\/Shukria Adly from the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in Kuwait gave a lecture entitled (Discussion of how to communicate with the elderly)<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. Dr\/ Safaa Mostafa, Assistant Professor of Psychiatric Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Sohag University, gave a lecture entitled (Assessment of Occupational Stressors and Coping Strategies of Nurses at Assuit University Hospital).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Closing Ceremony of the First International Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Nursing – Sohag University <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          From 12 – 1 pm<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          First, the closing ceremony words:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          1- Dr\/ Samia Mohamed Said – Dean of the College and President of the Conference <\/strong><\/p>\n

          2- Dr\/ Ramadan Saleh – Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development and Secretary General of the Conference<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Conference recommendations:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          Prof\/ Ramadan Saleh, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, followed the recommendations of the first international conference of the College of Nursing, which are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1-Commitment to the ethics of scientific research as an important and fundamental principle throughout the course of work in scientific research.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          2-Encouraging young researchers to carry out targeted scientific research that helps improve the quality and efficiency of nursing services.<\/strong><\/p>\n

           3-Adoption of the principle of nursing practices based on evidence and away from random interpretations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

           4-Appeal to officials to increase the material and financial resources allocated to scientific research to help carrying out high-level scientific research, which contributes to comprehensive development efforts and community service.<\/strong><\/p>\n

           5-Activating the system of giving training courses specialized in promotions to the assistant professor and the professor.<\/strong><\/p>\n
