{"id":16482,"date":"2021-10-03T12:14:52","date_gmt":"2021-10-03T09:14:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nur.sohag-univ.edu.eg\/main\/?page_id=16482"},"modified":"2021-10-03T12:14:52","modified_gmt":"2021-10-03T09:14:52","slug":"description-of-the-director-of-the-continuing-nursing-training-center","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nur.sohag-univ.edu.eg\/main\/en\/description-of-the-director-of-the-continuing-nursing-training-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Description of the Director of the Continuing Nursing Training Center"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Director of the Continuing Nursing Training Center<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Representing the unit before other bodies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Responsible for the functioning of all private training and development projects inside and outside the faculty.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Forming the administrative and organizational structure of the center, selecting faculty members with experience in training and development, defining the functional tasks of all center members.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Meeting periodically with members of the center.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Technical and administrative supervision of the center\u2019s employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6- Proposing non-traditional funding sources for the center, developing plans for them, and presenting them to the center and College Board of directors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7- Presenting and discussing issues to the center and College Board of directors and any other relevant bodies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>8- Preparing an annual report on the performance of the center and submitting it to the board of directors in preparation for its presentation to the college council.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9- The executive director of center has all necessary authorities to run the executive work, including contracting the scientific and administrative departments of the college within the framework of authorities entrusted to him by the unit\u2019s board of directors. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>10- Attending the meeting of the college council to present the activities, achievement and center recommendations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>11- Representing the center and participating in conferences, seminars, workshops and training courses in the field of nursing training and development.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Director of the Continuing Nursing Training Center Duties and Responsibilities: 1- Representing the unit before other bodies. 2- Responsible for the functioning of all private training and development projects inside [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"ngg_post_thumbnail":0,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-16482","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
