The Strategic Plan of the College:
The development of the plan began with holding a number of workshops that included faculty members and their assistants as well as representatives of internal and external stakeholders. These workshops aimed at brainstorming with the aim of collecting data and information on the current status of the college and its strengths and weakness. Questionnaires were distributed to a representative sample of college students, administrators, faculty members and their assistants and beneficiaries from service to review the internal and external environment elements according to “Swot analysis”.
