The Electronic Services of Nursing College Unit aim to:
- Following up the work of the internal network of the college.
- Coordinating and cooperation with administrative of university network to achieve the required goals and policies.
- Carrying out the required expansions of the wired and wireless network of the college in coordination with university network.
- Activate the E-mail service for students and faculty members
- Collecting and publishing college news and updating college data on the electronic portal
- Contributing to converting academic courses into electronic courses.
- Providing technical and administrative support to the college
- Conducting workshops for faculty members and the administrative staff of the college to serve the objectives of the unit
- Raising the efficiency of the college infrastructure and updating it.
- Using the official website of the college to communicate with all concerned parties.
- Using of management information systems applications
- Increasing the efficiency of using the digital library
- Developing the educational process by strengthening interaction between students and faculty members.
- Preparing periodic reports on faults, network efficiency and usage rate.
- Publishing the study schedules for the various academic programs in the college
- Following up the activity of publishing news for users at the college level – Departments – Student Union – research projects and the various departments of the college
- Coordinating with the Quality Administrative to publish and complete the curriculum data on the portal
- Reporting about problems of electronic management systems and following up their resolution
- Doing periodic reports on the efficiency of work in electronic management systems, the extent of their application in the college, and the obstacles of the application, and submitting them to the unit manager.
- Preparing student and faculty data for electronic courses that are activated in the college and delivered to the university’s production center to prepare accounts for students on the content management system
