The goal of the Department of Adult Internal Medicine and Surgical Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Sohag University is prepared to distinguished cadres scientifically and practically through:
1- Teaching Nursing skills on scientific bases and standards.
2- Preparing a student capable of practical application of all nursing skills.
3- Balance between the needs of society and scientific content being taught.
4- Preparing cadres capable of society continuing scientific research for all that is new in the medical and nursing fields.
