- Complaint box: There are (3) boxes, one for faculty members and another for workers next to the Quality Unit – and a third for students next to college laboratories.
- Through the heads of scientific departments or the college agents, either in writing or orally.
- Students can submit and register their complaints, and follow up on the procedures followed for resolution with the youth care officer in the college.
